Daniel Bertina is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Marcos Flexa and the Carlson Gracie lineage. Daniel is one of the instructors at Carlson Gracie Amsterdam located in Holland. I first met Daniel at the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Globetrotters summer camp in Leuven, Belgium, in the summer of 2015 and I was very impressed with his big pressure game, incredible attention to detail, and great teaching style.
Daniel has been practicing martial arts almost all his life and has developed a great perspective on training, teaching, and different styles of Jiu-Jitsu. I had a great time talking to him about his BJJ style, Yoga, minimalist living, and a host of other topics.
I hope you enjoy this show :) I'm excited to have Daniel on the Podcast again in the future and hopefully record a live episode complete with some great techniques for you all to enjoy.
