Eivind Windsrygg Talks About Coaching in Norway, Single Leg X, and Open Mat Everyday

Eivind Windsrygg is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the head coach of Bergen Grappling in Bergen, Norway. Over the past thirteen years, Eivind has been developing his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu game around some key training principles while also developing a nasty guillotine choke, x-guard game, and back attack system. While traveling in Norway this summer, I had the chance to meet Eivind, train at his academy, and hike up a mountain with him and his gigantic dog.

In this episode, we talk about Eivind's training philosophy, how his classes are structured, and some details about his favorite techniques. I think you'll enjoy this episode and Eivind's unique perspective on the BJJ scene in Norway.
