Toney Waldecker on Coaching MMA and Training Self-Defense

Toney Waldecker is a 4th degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Grandmaster Relson Gracie. Toney has been coaching BJJ and MMA for an extremely long time and he has developed an expert opinion on training in either style of fighting. In this episode of the show, we talk about Toney's experiences training high level MMA fighters, teaching BJJ competitors how to succeed in competition, and some of his thoughts on training for street or sport Jiu-Jitsu.
